Order Processing
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Our suppliers offer competitive international shipping rates.
Price includes taxes and shipping costs. Included shipping costs: €5.95.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product size or warehouse location. In that case, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Multiple Item Orders
We aim to deliver all items from your order at the same time. However, due to different warehouse locations or shipping methods, items may arrive separately.
You will receive email notifications when each item has been shipped.
Address Changes
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately. After shipment, changes are no longer possible.
Taxes & Customs Duties
Will I have to pay import duties, customs fees or additional taxes?
No. At TrendsToLife, we believe in transparent pricing. For eligible EU orders, all applicable VAT is included in the total price through the IOSS or OSS scheme, depending on the origin of the shipment. In most cases, you will not be charged any additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery.
