TrendsToLife is the owner of the brand and provides e-commerce services that may include products featuring designs, graphics, or text created or uploaded by our customers.
As part of our general Terms and Conditions, TrendsToLife customers warrant that they have the intellectual property rights relating to any content they create or upload for the production of their order.
By placing an order, customers agree to indemnify and release TrendsToLife from any liability resulting from any breach of intellectual property rights.
Reporting a Potential Infringement
If you believe that a design or content on the TrendsToLife website infringes your legitimately held trademark or copyright, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your notice:

Full address, contact name, email, telephone number, and business name of the owner of the trademark or copyright.

Your trademark or copyright registration reference from the relevant official authority.

A screenshot, JPG, PNG, URL, or PDF of the trademark/copyright you own, accompanied by the specific item(s) on the TrendsToLife website that you believe infringe your rights, and an explanation of why you consider it a breach.

If the notice is submitted by someone other than the trademark/copyright owner, please describe your relationship and authority to pursue the complaint.
Once we receive your notification, our customer service team will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
Actions in Case of Verified Infringement
If it is clear that a TrendsToLife or her customer has used content without proper authorization, we will take the following steps:

Remove the infringing content from the TrendsToLife website.

Contact the customer and relay the details of the complaint. We may advise the customer to contact the rights owner to resolve the dispute.

TrendsToLife reserves the right to deviate from this process if necessary, in order to resolve the dispute in the most appropriate manner.
Special Note
We deeply respect every creator’s work and understand the effort behind each design. We will never share any designs with third parties without the client’s permission. Before using a client’s design, we will obtain clear consent and attribute the source to ensure full protection of intellectual property rights.
