Shipping

Delivery times vary by product and destination. Please check the Shipping & Returns section on the product page or our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

No. Shipping costs are €5.95 per order.

However, we offer volume discounts:

Buy 2 or more items – receive a discount on your order (discount applied automatically at checkout).

Orders

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and request cancellations or returns.

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. We can update your name, email address, or shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to request a cancellation through your customer account.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can request a return after delivery.

No. We do not charge transaction fees, except for Mollie iDEAL, in3 & Riverty payments, which incur a 2% transaction fee.

No, only one discount or promo code can be used per order.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at any time through your Customer Account under My Orders.

Delays may occur due to logistics or customs. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days.

Not always. Items may arrive separately due to different warehouses.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility

Please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. See or return policy.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
